Lilian, i am absolutely, 100% agree with what are you saying. No matter how you tell them you have checked all the possible error, they will still ask you to do the bloody bullshit troubleshooting. No matter how many times you call them for the same problem, they will still ask you to do that troubleshooting, sometimes, dont know want to laugh them or pity on them, to memorize all those bloody repeated nonsense speech….

Just tell them “all done” when they ask you to do all those troubleshooting even if you have not done. :-) 100% of time, nothing wrong with the PC, just lousy StreamASS.
I had to call 6 times a few weeks ago, the line went dead every time after a storm, and we were having storms everyday down here in Melaka.

You are not the only Malaysian thinking WTF. Wish Telekom higher ups personnel would read this.

We have similar interruptions in Klang Valley just 2 weeks ago.

It also happen in my house and Streamyx went down for 5 days. Called 100 or something and the same story like check your modem, your PC, your router, and on and on. I said go check the external box out there and your exchange center where I live before you accuse that something is wrong in my house and my computer.

Same related grandma stories … and the line went back up the following day.

Typical of our good ole Telekom, their excuses yet reaping millions yearly.

Try P1 Wimax instead … thinking long term for bloggers like me.
