I have enough of Microsoft. I wanted to update some of my programs because now, my Vista cannot play any video.

None of the QuickTime, WMP or whatever software works. So, I went to Microsoft to find the latest downloads. And it brings me to page after page instructions. There are no clear indications of whether it is Vista or XP version etc etc etc.

Arrggh….if someone like me cannot navigate on their site, I wonder what other users feel? That’s why I hated myself for getting errm…you know what. Otherwise, I could just go out and errm…you know what. Minus the hassles of validating my licence etc etc and only to get message that the download I got cannot be executed.

Microsoft – I hate you! Why can’t you make your site less cluttered and more organised?
