I don’t read fine prints. Not until I finally see results. Whenever I join any make money program, I join only half heartedly because majority doesn’t earn you a cent.

So, at the back of my mind, I know WidgetBucks offered something but what exactly, I didn’t pay attention. Well…now I am seeing 30 bucks in my account. Time to read the FAQ and here are what I picked up :

You get USD25
1) You will get USD25 into your account when you join. So, I have USD25 there plus what I earned so far, i.e. USD29.80 (at the time of posting this).

When do I get paid?
2) When you reach USD50 (i.e. add that USD25, it means if you earn USD25 by end of October) you will be getting a check/PayPal by mid December because they take 45 days to pay.

What about referral?

3) Yay! I got a nice number of referrals. I get 10% of their commissions for a whole year. Now, I have forgotten whom did I sign up with because that person is going to earn….tadaaa….USD2.90 from me. I know it is very little but if we have a lot of referrals, it will be a tidy sum.

When you refer a new WidgetBucks user, you will receive a 10 percent referral fee based on the commissions earned by the people you refer. You’ll receive this 10 percent for the full 12 months after the new member joins. Your referral fees will be credited to your account and paid monthly, along with your commission payout. So, if you refer someone, and they make $100 in commissions, we pay you $10; if they make $1,000, we pay you $100. This continues for a whole year on all the commissions they earn.

I have been observing the type of products people are interested in and how our traffic and niche blog affects income and etc. When I have more concrete information and when I have seen a pattern, I will share the secrets of making money with WidgetBucks. Or maybe, not. :P

And noobs, no, WidgetBucks is not evil. Don’t be a total moron and just believe every darn thing you read on the internet and go around repeating it like an empty vessel.
