Nowadays there is an uprise in the number of new bloggers that THINK they can make blogging a living. It irks me when they talk/blog as if they are those big bloggers who had already been in the "industry" for some time. i think it's a good choice not to link that noob, since he might just gain traffic he wants from your link! haha You totally nailed it.
