18Aug What do bloggers do on weekends?
Do they stop blogging altogether like every other working folks? Do they switch off their computers and forget all about it until Monday? Or bloggers don’t have weekends?
I am not talking about the leisure bloggers who blog for fun. They can afford to disappear for a week and nothing happens. I am referring to bloggers who make a decent income and probably living off their blog incomes.
I for one do write more on weekends, sometimes. My schedule is pretty tight, running between classes for the kids, some church-y stuffs and lots of shopping and eating out. Between those hours when I do get home for a breather, I will be hooked to the PC because there are mails to reply, my own blogs to vet through and peeking at what others are doing.
On Sunday afternoons, after I have finished all the church-y stuffs, hubby will be out playing his regular game of badminton. I will then steal three hours to catch up on things that need to be done. For example, complete my writing assignments, tweak some blog templates and analyse my ads income etc.

Sometimes I don’t blog in weekends, I saw some blogger list down some great post in the past week, this seems to be a good idea

I usually don’t blog on Sundays. Not because I don’t want to but because we usually go out somewhere almost every week.

weekend or no weekend, it just the same for me since I need to work on some weekends. But I dun make decent money from blogs lor, I’ll spend time with families when I’m off during weekend

Sunday is my Sabbath day. I rest from making money but I frequent bloghop if I don’t nap with my children. :)

It varies for me. Some weekends I post more, some weekends I post less. But then, blogging for me is a hobby first and foremost, so I don’t feel like I’m a slave of my blog.

I had a busy one past two days – running errands and spending time with my family, yet still can’t stop blogging leh… you know what I mean lah – we are a bit addicted, aren’t we? Assignments need to be completed lor…
