Kontera ad works! Non-obstrusive and what I call ‘money in your post’.
I must say thank you to Sabahan for pointing out a point to me. I installed the Kontera WordPress plugin available on Kontera site, thinking that it has to work perfectly. However, according to Sabahan, he found some hidden codes in the CSS which may cause Google Adsense to ban us because in the Google TOS, we cannot hide any codes. In this case, it means something that is not seen on our page but are picked up by the search engine. I hope both Kontera and the plugin developer will keep us posted on this issue.
Then, I found this marvellous plugin by one of PPP postie Lucia of Big Bucks Blogger. She name it Konteral Control Plugin for WordPress.
What I can do :
1) Rename my sponsored posts as Useful Links (hehehe, advertisers hate the word sponsored, so….)
2) Filter out all the Useful Links posts and leave out Kontera Ads for 60 days (In PPP, I am only obliged to keep the post for 30 days, however this PPP TOS can change anytime so beware)
3) Make Kontera ads don’t appear on my new posts and comments so that it gives my regular readers a better reading experience
So, surf over to Big Bucks Blogger and find out more. She has written a very clear tutorial so anyone can learn. In fact, Big Bucks Blogger has so much enlightening articles, I am going to make her my permanent blogroll and learn her tips. You should too.

(November 15, 2007 - 12:38 pm)5xmom, thanks for the tip. Went over to Lucia’s site read her step-by-step guide. Just wondering if this plug-in works on blogs hosted on Blogspot? I don’t seem to be able to find the Plugin screen on my Blogspot dashboard…or is it that Blogspot does not allow plug-ins? Sorry for these very basic questions but i’m a real techie idiot. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
