(diff parts of australia have diff limits)from wht i know in sutralia its eighter u get good speeds but limited dl speed or u get sucky speeds but unlimited dl. and austalia works with RIAA and MPAA to curb with privacy and malaysia hasntbeen really strict with it yet which gives us an advantage. at leats in malaysia we can bypass tmnuts throotle with using vpn. I have also been using this service for 2 years++ to torrent. here is the site: www.bolehvpn.net and the forum is www.bolehvpn.net/forum. So sometimes that we are lucky that we live in malaysia although we have shity speeds. P.S: Please do not campare Japan as their fibre optics is one of the high ends ones. Pls fill in the form. 2. No. Our computer system reveal that your area don't have the ports for 4mbps. Now - with all the five answers - who is CORRECT?! Blardy hell! Till today I still dont have the 4mbps service, but the worse part is - I dunno the exact reason! Maybe should be call Screamyx or what ever. When talking about TMNET, don't talk about service quality. it suck! I've many bad experience with this company. But we as Malaysian can't do anything as long as this company still monopoly all broadband service provider in Malaysia.
