05Oct Shite! I lost more PRs!
I thought one PR 5/10 to PR 4/10 is bad enough.
I just noticed that I lost my page ranks in two more sites :
Mom’s Daily went from PR 4/10 to PR 3/10
and this site too.
Shit, shit, shit. How did this happened?
Looking at the pattern, it seems that Google is being very mean this time, penalising almost every site. Plus I notice that those without PR seems to remain page rank-less.
Last I check, even my nine month old sites aren’t ranked yet eventhough I had pimped them.
And JohnCow is still without a page rank.
GOOGLE, I HATE YOU!!!!

No change to my PR5 blogspot blog and my new blog is still on PR N/A. Is this only a jump or what? No big news on it…

There is still no change to my blog and some other website, it seems that Google is trying to lower down all the PageRank

yup everyone getting penalized during tis pagerank ‘revoke’ phase, wat to do, gotta adapt and re-plan.
it’s not because of the paid links but who you link that has ‘bad’ association. read this

is this a pre-doomsdays of paid link and paid post?
October 6th, 2007 at 1:02 am
I have no idea what is going on. As far as pre-doomsday
I can only say that I have blogs that have 1.500-2.500 ORGANIC inbound links from PR4-PR6 and NO PR in 5 months! If that encourages you to work for your page rank, well..

Any update on this topic?

Google must have changed a major part of their algorithm to have such an impact on so many blogs.
It’s puzzling as some of the blogs which lost PR don’t even support paid post.

Eh, I just notice that whenever I click anything (even background) in your blog, it sends some info to PPP. I guess it’s part of their Argus tracking thing?
Back to the PR. My personal blog is one of those that until now without a PR. I wonder if Google take away PR from higher ranking blog and ’share’ them among new blogs. LOL. How I wish.

The amazing thing to me is that I am one of maybe 9 (he he) bloggers that still use blogspot.com (am switching to wordpad) so you would assume they wouldn’t be stupid enough to punish themselves?

wow I thought it won’t decrease the page rank. Luckily my blog never decrease yet I still need to increase the traffic

It’s very strange. I think Google is about to implode.
I didn’t realise you’re from Penang. I have to go there all the time to update my visa/work permit situation. Great food, huh.

I’m also one of the..hurmm..that using blogspot for blogging. The PRs still remain the same, although my blog was getting backlinks from high PRs, even from PR7!!. Not much different, all the payperpost program has to stop using PRs as indicator.

i’m a newbie here and perhaps wana know how to improve my PR…

:( :( I got downgraded from 4 to 3 too. *sob*sob*
October 9th, 2007 at 1:00 am
I’ve heard that many bloggers been complaining just like you do. PR’s 5 to 4 and even 7-5. Google did change their way of calculating the PR for sure.

Still the same pagerank 4/10. But my adsense income are pittance, maybe that’s the reason. ;)
