I had accidentally deleted off some categories on my food blog Malaysiabest.net and am kicking myself for that.

I need to re-organise the posts into categories again but cannot seem to find a Wordpress batch category plugin I can understand! There seems to be too many instructions to digest.

So, to all the kind folks and WP experts out there, please can you recommend a WP plugin that will make batch categorisation much easier? Something which will get all my posts into one page and I just need to tick the categories like Melaka, Perak, Terengganu etc.
