Of course people keep telling us how good are Fujitsu and others, saying that they can tahan longer. Well, for my opinion, i'll change my work station every 2 years, and even in my ex-company, they used to change a new PC every 4 years. So, tahan longer doesn't make any sense to us. We need a tahan 2~3 years workstation, good enough. Plus cheaper, hehe~ i’ll suggest to buy a Dell notebook. They will ask you to do some "stupid" thing like shut down the device and turn it back on after xx minutes. Users are much more savvy nowadays. Usually they will call after all their attempts failed and that normally means nothing is wrong on the user's side but somewhere is wrong with the service. At least Streamyx has enough people to handle calls. Ever try calling Astro?
