From business point of view, I would like to apologize, if my staff member annoyed you with his ‘too aggressive’ email. I hope you can understand and trust me, the aggressiveness from my staff member, is neither a culture nor a guidance from the company.

From personal point of view, I feel that, this is more like a communication issue from my staff member. Digital communication like email, chat etc, without physical encounter, always induce impatience and agressive dialogs to certain people.

The staff member is no longer with Innity, I cannot reverse his actions. But even saying so, I am not here to defend the mistake or avoid the responsibility.

I just hope to clarify this issue have nothing related to “Innity attitude towards Malaysian blogosphere”. We will ensure our team will provide better communication, coordination and support to all Malaysian blogosphere.
