I think 2009 will be a tough year definitely for bloggers and also for SEO marketers. I have read on quite a lot of things on webpronews.com that Google will be changing the way searching will go. Apparently, ranking,(Pagerank) will soon mean absolutely nothing and different people from different locations will see results differently. In other words, from what I see on the first 10 results, could be something completely different you will see for the exact same search phrase. Ranking for a specif keyword phrase will become useless also, as I have read. And I can already spot this, and I think alot of other people can also realise this. The use to have receive some traffic for being first for a search phrase, but now not getting anymore real traffic.
I don't want to sound off from the point here, but I think, it's going to be a challenging year for bloggers and marketers ahead. Newbies won't make it a bit. I also read the whole policy of backlinks could also change and Google will change the way in how any website will be ranked in future. It is scary, I know.

I found a few adult affiliate programs, then I imagined selling my soul for money... it's definitely not for everyone regardless of your beliefs! I personally find writing to be a lot more rewarding.

Yeah, affiliate marketing is somehow not for me. I still stick to the tried and tested adsense and links, and to a smaller extent, selling of entire websites :D
