When you are listed amongst the giants like Problogger, JohnChow and ShoeMoney, then it is time to brag again. Yayaya, I know, I brag a lot. What to do……I am born to brag.
So, you may ask. Is this another one of those linkbaits? Yes and no. Mark who runs 45n5 put up a list of Top 100 Make Money Online Blogs and that guy got mentioned many times by the likes of JohnChow and JohnCow. Then, I wrote to Mark and whine…..”How can I not be on the top 100 when my Make$ Money$ is on #1 page of Google for the keyword make money?” So, dear Mark kindly added me. See? A little thick skin can bounce us a long way. Thank, Mark.
I am currently on position #25. Some of those blogs there are great, some are just ermm…a mirror image of the blogs there. Like a pool of freak twins produced by some fluke fertilization, you get almost identical twins with all the ugly features. Don’t hate me but it is not easy to forge ahead in a niche blog. You will end up in the pool of freak twins.
That’s why I painted my blog pink. Even if I don’t make it as one of the interesting read, at least I know I annoyed the hell out of some readers because of the floating pink side navigation menu. :P They won’t forget that. Probably they may remember it as “Ewws…you mean that pink blog about making money with no contents but lots of self-ego?”
