28Mar Just when I thought there is a drought in paid posts….
A lot of PayPerPost’s posties felt the pinch of not making much these past days. But as a veteran postie, I know that these are pretty common. At one point, the number of available opps dropped to a mere 18. Yet, a little bit of patience, the available opps peak again. Nowadays, a 50 available opps is considered very good. So, worry not, spread out and do something else when there are no paid posts. Besides [tag]PayPerPost[/tag], there are other avenues.
I actually enjoy the short period of not blogging for money as I know I write with more passion and takes time to explain things in more details. I think I did not make any paid post here for several days and I hope to do this more often.
However, last night was one exciting period for me but unfortunately, I was too tired to do that many paid posts. A lot of good paying opps were made available for my PR5/10 blog but I did not want to mess up too much of my treasured personal blog and only took one opp. In all I made USD72 last night. I hope the other posties managed to make up for the lack of income in the past few days?
Oh yeah, I am mighty annoyed with advertisers who are willing to pay for USD138 for PR5/10 blog with Alexa below 9,999. Heck, why do they emphasise so much on Alexa? I have a PR51/0 and Alexa below 70K and I can only look enviously at that red letter opps. Gee, I hate you! Ok, I don’t mean that in an unkind, rude way. Just kidding.

I feel the pinch too especially for newbie like me… it’s like now u c , and now u dont if I’m not FAST enough… aiyo..just have to be patient.

dragonmummy – i actually find it thrilling cos it is like the fastest one gets the worm. But if the streamyx is slow, then, can bang head on the PC.
AhPek – Hehehe, only owls like me can do lah. It comes mostly around 1am to 3 am and again around 5 am. Wake at 6 am and see you can get or not lor. It is gone within minutes. I go to sleep around 3 am and only wakes up at 11.30 am, half hour before a new day in PPP.
