Well, according to Vedis, the problem is finally solved. I cannot be sure because now all my money goes straight into my PayPal without the need to receive them one by one.
I got my VMI card and has tried withdrawing two small amounts. But guess what? My VMI card is blocked! I am not sure why and am waiting for Millie to reply. I had provided her all the necessary information. Anyway, I am still relying on my friend to help me clear my payments. I am not using the VMI at all. And good thing, I was just testing with two small payments of USD12.
This is why I had not recommend those of you who are not having a lot of money in Paypal to apply for the VMI card. It is too tedious.
If PayPal has resolved the glitch where Malaysians cannot receive and clear their payments, this is certainly a huge relief for all. So, anyone knows if the matter is solved now? Feedbacks, please?

I tried to withdraw $15 from Paypal to VMI card a few days ago. Today, the amount showed in my VMI card…;D
I am going to try $50 next time..small amount should be ok kua..
My etrade is still not here yet..1 month already !
By the way, did you guys get any email about feedback survey for Paypal ? I don’t dare to click on the url provided there for fear that there is a scam ? fraud ? What do you call that ?

(May 27, 2007 - 12:34 am)vedis – I withdrew $12 x 2 and now $20 is in my VMI bank. I have forgotten to bring my card out to withdraw from the Cirrus atm. Let’s see how it goes. But I definitely won’t withdraw this way. Unless my chettiar close shop cos the rates aren’t that very far off.
anthraxxxx – I think it should be fine lor, easier, no need to clear one by one.
KennyP – Dunno ler. They said Paypal is like that, not answerable to us wan.
