		<description>Hi Lilian, first of all you are doing a great work through mymombest website and i understand that this is more of a passion for you rather than tool to make money. And you are very passionate about it.

After reading all the mails from Innity to you over a period of time, i think that more problem is with management and how innity is runned. Because employee comes and go, but it is on management to set out rules for communication,tracking and updating database, because about 85% of the time the fault lays in the system, processes, structure, or practices of the organization. Only about 15% of the ricochets can be traced back to someone who didn&#039;t care or wasn&#039;t conscientious enough(Employee).

As you have said correctly, they have got egoistic attitude over online media advertising. And even this letter from Mr. Phang(Founder of Innity) i personally think is too little and too late. 

If senior management of Innity truly wants to find the source of their organization&#039;s declining levels, the best place to start is with a long and deep look in the mirror.

From personal point of view, I feel that, this is more like a communication issue from my staff member. Digital communication like email, chat etc, without physical encounter, always induce impatience and agressive dialogs to certain people.

The staff member is no longer with Innity, I cannot reverse his actions. But even saying so, I am not here to defend the mistake or avoid the responsbility. I just hope to clarify this issue have nothing related to &quot;Innity attitude towards Malaysian blogosphere&quot;.
