Therefore, I am facing an identity crisis. This blog URL is 5xmom dot com. But the real 5xmom resides at chanlilian dot net. I can’t take away the 5xmom identity from chanlilian.net because ahem, ahem, 5xmom is a brandname now.
So, in a way, this blog has an advantage in terms of getting hit by search engines. (Heh, as if people are going to search the name 5xmom) Â But, this blog will have a huge problem with it’s name.
What do I name this blog? What topic am I going to focus on? I had wanted to write about religion, i.e. Catholic Christians but I am afraid, I cannot handle brickbats. I am not very diplomatic when someone gets on my nerves. Moreover, a religious blog will clash with my personal blog. I am Dr. Jekyll and Mrs. Hyde sometimes.
I cannot transfer my blog over to this URL because I do not want to go back to the sandbox and sit there and wait to be hit by search engines again. I moved my website the other day, using the same URL but changing from Dreamweaver to WordPress. It is almost a month and my ad income is just picking up only.
I had decided to write about stuffs related to the internet. I have an egoistic nature. I want to save the world! Heh, Dr. House just expressed what I am yesterday, in one of the series in Season Two. He was calling this other doctor who risked his own life to save the people in Africa from TB. Dr. House said that doctor is a selfish prick because he enjoyed the role.
So, yeah, I want to educate , teach , ermmm….share what I know about the internet to the huge majority of people who do not know how to use the internet or even computer. I can imagine millions of grandfathers, grandmothers, your computer illiterate parents etc adoring me because I am the few noble souls who spend time writing stuffs they can understand and relate to.
So, yeah, this is going to be a techie blog. ROTFLMAO!!!! And I have yet to think of a name.
There are lots of things to do here too. Like adding Google Adsense, installing all the favourite WordPress plugins….adding links…etc etc. But watch out world, I am going to get everyone on the internet!
