01Jul I have enuff of MyBlogLog
When MyBlogLog was first launched, I was so excited with its feature. It is that little widget or box at the sidebar where you can see who just dropped by your blog.
I immediately signed up and put it on every single one of my blog. It is so fun to peek who just came by and when the person is someone we are eager to see, then, my heart will give a little leap. So happy, so thrill, so loved.
But heh, after a couple of months, I had deleted my account in MyBlogLog. I got tired of it because it is like a little spy box. If I happened to stumble on someone’s blog just to peek, I will die of horrors to see my wanted face plastered there. So, bah, no more MyBlogLog for me now, or ever.
That said, I do highly recommend MyBlogLog to widen your blog social circle. You get to know other blogers, build a community and have a chummy feel. However, I still recommend Technorati as the best way to keep in touch with what people are talking about your blog.

Eh… Technorati can spy like that as well? I don’t have experience with Technorati though, I used MyBlogLog to get to know more bloggers, it build my web traffic too…

Still there ler. BTW when you go to someone’s blog and you don’t want your face to show, you can always move your mouse over and click on the little ‘x’ and your face wont appear there anymore.
Then again, one downside of MyBlogLog is that it is freaking slow in terms of loading. It’s probably the last things that loads in my blog.

mybloglog actually let you hide yourself from being appeared from a particular site. Just delete “the face” from the mybloglog widget.. :P

In a way MBL actually increases traffic to your site as I experienced it. And yes, you can “hide” yourself from MBL by just clicking X on your own photo.

At first when I heard about MyBlogLog was tempting for me to sign up… but just wait for a little while.
I’ve signed up for Technorati. However, based on my stats, most of my links comes from Google search engine. Besides, Technorati also poses another concern- even though you’ve not claimed your blog under that site, your blog will still appear as one of the results.
