Easy.
Link them.
Sit back.
Hope.
And wait.
And wait.
And wait.
And somehow, someday, they may link you.
Don’t bother to write to them and tell them, “Hey, I linked you.” They know.
And if they don’t do it. It either means they are a snob, a bitchy or just plain pure lazy (like me).
And don’t bother with email with cheesy, fakey, friendly message l like “Can we do link exchange?”
So, the best way is to link blogs you enjoy reading and somehow, the other party will link you back.
The easiest is to find blogs around the same age as yours, i.e. new blogs. They will be eager to get links and link back.

i don’t reli agree all in general. Yes, u have to link them, sit back, hope and wait. and obviously e mail doesn’t reli work. But if ur able to approach the person on Instant messaging or at a chat box they usually agree. Cos people don’t bother reading their mail. and make sure you ask in a nice way :) But the truth is u’ll have to read and follow other peoples blog if you want people to follow urs.
