14May Do you own your own domain?
One of the good thing that I learnt from getting my webhostings through a middleman like Bryan of SapiensBryan is the education. Previously, I do not know care much about domain ownership and the email plus the address we registered with.
So, if you have your own domain, is the name registered under your name?
Two, is your email in the registrar?
Three, do you know it is an offence to register with fake address? If someone takes legal action, the domain will be forfeited. Imagine if you have a cash cow over there? Bye-bye $$$$$$.
Four, you can have privacy option, that is, people cannot see your real identity in the whois.
So, have you taken ownership of your own domain?

Yesssss! Do not be like me! Owned your domain name. Lesson learnt. I am going to take tribunal action on them, according to the legal terms paragraph 2.2 if they do not give me what is belong to me.

Thanks to your advice I got my own domain. Now to get paypal back online grrr…. but like pablo mine also very very private one hehe

What do you mean ownership of my own domain? I just bough a domain the other day. Just registered for my own .com domain. But haven’t found a hosting yet. Not sure where to get it. Wordpress or something? What you mean by your own domain? No blogspot behind or something lidat?

domainsbyproxy.com integrated with godaddy.com. it can help to hide your particular. I should have registered with godaddy if i hvae known them earlier. :(

Tell me about it…i’ve got hooked for 3 years and i only found out last year end that i;m actually paying for a domain which was registered under other person’s name and now i have no choice to register another domain under .com.my to sustain my domain name and at the same time to wait to hunt back my .com domain…so angry with the so called middle man!
