I think Google is trying to clean up the internet. I must say, more power to them. It needs a good clean up, especially the porn and gambling sites that pop-up everywhere now.

If they don’t check reports manually then hole system is very week, just think if someone make bot tools to submit “bad spammy sites” [their competitors].

Its a nice feature but its scary, imagine if competitors are able to flag other peoples pages just to wipe them of the map like a nice site or blog getting labeled as spam by competitors of something.
