There could be several reasons that you didn’t make money with CJ.

As for Amazon. You reader has to buy something when hey click on it. If they leave and come back later through a bookmark or by typing in Amazon directly, no commission for you. Other companies give you a 30, 60 or 90 day cookie. That means that when that customer visits their site from your link, a cookie is placed on their computer. If they come back within the life of the cookie and buy something, you get the commission!
