I just checked my old post and noted that once upon a time, this blog was on the #25 spot in the world Top 100 Make Money blogs. Then, I got Googlesmacked and the position nose dive.
The blog never really regained its position. Still I am lucky that I manage to stay on the Top 100. At the time of posting, the blog is on the #87 position.
I notice that my Alexa ranking and Technorati ranking are getting from bad to worse. So, as a first step, I am adding Technorati tags to my blog post.
If you are a WordPress user, you can just add in the plugin for WP Tags to Technorati. I am not sure if it is going to help but let’s give it a try.
Looking at the list, I can still be proud that this Malaysian blog is one of the rare ones on the list. The other Malaysian blog is Sabahan.
And you may ask, “What’s the point of being on the list?”
Nothing, just ego. Plus a backlink from a PR5/10 blog.

(August 4, 2008 - 2:15 am)Hi Lilian, can I ask if all the keywords from all your posts in the ‘make money’ category count as having keywords on one very long page?
Does that help your Google search ranking? Or do you do that solely with meta tags and keywords per post?

Can you explain the PR5/10 blog. I see it is yr postings all the time but don’t really understand. I am sure it is very basic but since I don’t know, I had to ask.
Also what does the Technorati tags do? How to use them.

(February 24, 2009 - 10:17 pm)It is my first time to hear this kind of terms…technorati..well.i heard and i read it in the exams..now im kind of familiarize with the words.But still dont know the meanings..hope someone would be kind kind enough to share the meanings of most words like PR5…wordpres user…but mostly when u read the word when used in a sentence..you can see the meaning of it.
