Blogger’s comment box screwed – How to solve?

I cannot remember since when I have this problem.

blogger comment

Whenever I want to make a comment on Blogger, the little rectangle pop up window refused to expand.  The scroll is not there.  And the worst is the Leave Your Comment box is in the lower right corner and I can only see part of it.  So, I have been leaving comments without looking at what I typed.

Do you all have this same problem too?  I am too lazy to report to Blogger.  I guess my solution is to stop commenting altogether.  LOL.   Anyone know what cause it?  Is it because of the Alexa’s toolbar?

Same here, but effects only some blogs. I right click and open link in new tab.

Some toolbars and plugins to firefox cause this and it can be a real pain to sort out, especially if oyu want to keep the tool responsible. My advice is to temporarily deactivate them one by one until the problem goes away (so you know which one causes it) and then try moving that tool bar to a different location in firefox… not really the best fix, but one that is easy enough to do.

It’s probably because you’ve installed a few plugins that displays in the status bar at the bottom of firefox. That increases the fixed width of FF thus the problem occurring. I’m having the same problem as well. Ah Pek’s suggestion works.

When doing this fix, remove the quotes when copying/pasting the info.
In the address bar, type in “about:config”. Then there is a filter at the top of the page. There, paste/type “dom.disable_window_open_feature.resizable”. You should only get one result. Double-click that result to change the value to “True”.

    You’re welcome. :)
