In the spirit of encouraging more local advertisers, I had agreed to join in the background takeover of local advertisement. Well, before I even see what it is, I said yes. I am a nice person and always say yes. Yes! Really! I am a nice person!!!

I think some of you had probably seen the background takeover. It hasn’t shown up in my personal blog at 5xmom yet because the javascript won’t work. I had been in touch with nuffnang’s technical staff and he is working on it. Actually, I am a little relieved that I have the opportunity to see what a background takeover is before it appeared on my blog. Otherwise, I will probably faint. Now, I have a few days to stare at Nicole’s blog and get used to it.

Well, like I said, I am all out to encourage local advertisers to see the potential of our blogs. So, whether I like it or not, I am game for it. Don’t ask me how much I will be paid, please. And yeah, my blog buddy has been threatening to stop reading my blog for one month. LOL, I asked him to compensate me the same amount or I will carry on with it.

No, you don’t have to tell me you like the idea or not. What is important is we have advertisers ready to explore blog marketing. If that’s what please them, then, it is what we follow.
