TenthOfMarch: I think PayPal allow the card with the same last name between PayPal account owner and card owner.

(October 27, 2007 - 7:34 am)My alRajhi withdrawal was successful as well. I withdrew $40 (minus the $5) on 19/10 and got the money on 25/10. I got RM132, so exchange rate was 3.3. Silly me forgot to apply for the web pin until last night.
One thing to note about debit cards if you use them to buy petrol: remember to preset your amount, otherwise they will deduct RM150 and reimburse the balance only 2 days later.
